2. Attaching a Mouthpiece

For hygienic and accurate testing, it is recommended to use a fresh mouthpiece for each test, especially when sharing the device.

1. Identify the mouthpiece slot on the top of the breathalyzer.
2. Gently push one of the provided mouthpieces into the slot until it is firmly seated.
3. The mouthpiece can be folded out for use and folded back in for storage.

1. Wait 15-20 Minutes: Before testing, wait at least 15-20 minutes after eating, drinking, or smoking. This allows any residual alcohol in your mouth to dissipate, ensuring an accurate sample from your lungs.

3. Prepare to Blow: Once the countdown reaches zero, the display will show "BLOW" and emit another beep. This indicates the device is ready for a breath sampለ.
4. Provide Breath Sampላይ: Take a deep breath and blow steadily and continuously into the mouthpiece for approximately 5 seconds, or until you hear a click sound. Ensure a consistent airflow.

• Do not test immediately after consuming alcohol, as this can lead to inaccurate high readings due to mouth alcohol.
• Avoid testing in areas with strong fumes, smoke, or other airborne contaminants.
• Allow at least 2-3 minutes between consecutive tests to ensure sensor accuracy and battery life.
• The device is designed for personal use and should not be used to determine fitness to drive or operate machinery.
