You can typically find the Famoco ID by long-pressing the home button (or Volume Up on some models) to access the dashboard, where the ID is displayed. Alternatively, remove the battery to verify the serial number on the label underneath.
Charge the battery promptly when low. To prevent battery degradation, avoid leaving the device on the charger for more than 10 hours and do not charge if the temperature exceeds 45°C.
