    If your device was not activated upon purchase, visit the activation page at Matrackinc.com to fill out the necessary form. Your login credentials will be emailed to you shortly after.

  • What do the LED lights on the Matrack MA1080 indicate?

    The Blue LED light indicates the status of the cellular modem connection, while the Green LED light indicates the GPS satellite signal lock.

  • Where should I install my Matrack tracker for the best signal?

    The device should be installed in a location with access to the open sky, such as under the dashboard plastic or behind seats. Do not install it inside enclosed metal spaces like a trunk or under the hood.

  • How often does the Matrack ELD update location?

    When the vehicle is running, the device typically transmits information every one to two minutes. When the engine is off, it updates less frequently (e.g., every two hours) to conserve power.
