• How do I turn on my Pax payment terminal?

  Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the side or top) for 3 to 5 seconds until the LCD screen lights up and the boot process begins.

• Where do I insert the SIM or SAM card?

  On most Pax mobile terminals, the card slots are located underneath the battery. Remove the back cover and the battery to access the SIM, SAM, and microSD slots.

• How do I process a contactless transaction?

  When the contactless icon appears on the screen, tap the card or NFC-enabled device near the top of the terminal or directly on the screen area indicated by the icon.
