This sensor is an accessory and requires a compatible Newentor Weather Station (models Q3, Q5, Q6, Q10, or Q11) for full functionality, including data transmission to the main display unit. The sensor itself features a small display for direct temperature and humidity readings and is built with good water resistance for outdoor use.

Important Note: This product is an accessory sensor only. It does not include a main weather station or batteries. Ensure you have a compatible Newentor Weather Station (Q3/Q5/Q6/Q10/Q11) before purchasing this sensor for integrated use.

• Channels Switch: Select a channel (CH1, CH2, or CH3) that is not currently in use by other sensors and matches the channel selected on your main Newentor Weather Station.
• TX Switch: After setting the channel, you can press the "TX" button to manually transmit data and initiate pairing with your main weather station.

5.3 Pairing with Main Weather Station

To ensure your outdoor sensor communicates with your Newentor Weather Station (Q3/Q5/Q6/Q10/Q11), follow these general pairing steps:

1. Ensure both the sensor and the main weather station have fresh batteries installed.
2. Set the desired channel on the outdoor sensor using the "Channels Switch".
3. On your main Newentor Weather Station, initiate the sensor search/pairing mode (refer to your main weather station's manual for specific instructions).
4. Press the "TX" button on the outdoor sensor to send a signal.
5. The main weather station should detect and display the outdoor temperature and humidity from the sensor. If not, try selecting a different channel on the sensor and repeating the pairing process.

Once batteries are installed and the sensor is paired with your main weather station, it will automatically begin measuring and transmitting outdoor temperature and humidity data.

  • Try resetting both devices (remove batteries, wait a few minutes, then reinsert).
