This manual provides essential instructions for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your SentrySafe Executive Security Safe, Model PLX510487. This safe is designed to protect your valuables with an electronic lock and pry-resistant steel construction. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your safe to ensure optimal performance and security.

2. የደህንነት መረጃ

• Do not store safe keys inside the safe. Always keep override keys in a secure location away from the safe.

4. ማዋቀር

4.1 ማሸግ

1. Carefully remove the safe from its packaging.
2. Inspect the safe for any signs of damage. If damaged, contact customer support.

4.2 የባትሪ ጭነት

The electronic lock requires four (4) AA alkaline batteries (not included).

3. Insert four new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

4.3 ደህንነቱን መጫን

For enhanced security, it is recommended to wall mount the safe.

1. ለመሰካት ተስማሚ ቦታ ይምረጡ፣ ይህም የድንጋዩን ክብደት የሚደግፍ ጠንካራ ወለል መሆኑን ያረጋግጡ።
2. Open the safe door and locate the pre-drilled mounting holes on the back panel.
3. Position the safe against the wall and mark the drilling points through the mounting holes.

4.4 የመጀመሪያ ኮድ ማዋቀር

Upon first use, you will need to set your personal electronic access code.

1. ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀው በር ሲከፈት፣ በበሩ ውስጠኛ ክፍል፣ በማጠፊያው አቅራቢያ የሚገኘውን ቀይ የማስጀመሪያ ቁልፍን ይጫኑ። በቁልፍ ሰሌዳው ላይ ያለው ቢጫ አመላካች መብራት ያበራል።
2. በ5 ሰከንዶች ውስጥ፣ የሚፈልጉትን ከ3-8 አሃዝ ኮድ በቁልፍ ሰሌዳው ላይ ያስገቡ።
3. Press the 'A' or 'B' button to confirm your new code. The yellow light will turn off, and a beep will confirm the code is set.
4. አዲሱን ኮድ ከመዝጋትዎ በፊት በሩን ከፍተው ይሞክሩት።

5.1 Opening the Safe with Electronic Code

1. በቁልፍ ሰሌዳው ላይ የግል 3-8 አሃዝ ኮድዎን ያስገቡ።
2. Press the 'A' or 'B' button. The green indicator light will illuminate, and you will hear a beep.
3. በ5 ሰከንዶች ውስጥ፣ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀውን በር ለመክፈት እጀታውን በሰዓት አቅጣጫ ያዙሩት።

5.2 Opening the Safe with Override Key

In case of forgotten code or battery failure, use the override key.

1. የቁልፍ ቀዳዳ ሽፋኑን በቁልፍ ሰሌዳው ፓነል ላይ ያግኙ።
2. ሽፋኑን ያስወግዱ.
3. Insert the override key and turn it counter-clockwise.
4. ቁልፉን እያዞሩ እያለ፣ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀውን በር ለመክፈት እጀታውን በሰዓት አቅጣጫ ያዙሩት።
5. ከተጠቀሙ በኋላ ቁልፉን ያስወግዱ እና የቁልፍ ቀዳዳ ሽፋኑን ይተኩ።

5.3 ካዝናውን መዝጋት እና መቆለፍ

1. ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀውን በር በጥብቅ ይዝጉ።
2. Turn the handle counter-clockwise until it is fully engaged and the door is secured.
3. ካዝናው በራስ-ሰር ይቆለፋል።

5.4 የተጠቃሚ ኮድ መቀየር

1. Open the safe door using your current code or override key.
2. Press the red reset button on the inside of the door. The yellow indicator light will illuminate.
3. በ5 ሰከንዶች ውስጥ፣ አዲሱን ከ3-8 አሃዝ ኮድዎን ያስገቡ።
4. Press the 'A' or 'B' button to confirm. The yellow light will turn off, and a beep will confirm the new code.
5. አዲሱን ኮድ ከመዝጋትዎ በፊት በሩን ከፍተው ይሞክሩት።

6. ጥገና

6.1 የባትሪ መተካት

When the batteries are low, the red indicator light will flash when you enter your code. Replace batteries promptly to avoid lock-out.

3. Your electronic code will be retained during battery replacement.

6.2 ጽዳት

• Keypad does not respond:
  - Check battery installation and replace batteries.
  - Ensure no debris is obstructing the buttons.
• Forgotten code:
  - Use the override key to open the safe.
  - Once open, follow the steps in Section 5.4 to set a new user code.
• Door does not close/lock properly:
  - Ensure no items are obstructing the door or locking bolts.
  - Check that the handle is fully turned counter-clockwise to engage the locking mechanism.
