የማዋቀር መመሪያ

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

3. ከአውታረ መረብ (ኤተርኔት) ጋር ይገናኙ፦
   • የኢተርኔት ገመዱን አንድ ጫፍ በስልኩ ጀርባ ላይ ባለው የላን ወደብ ላይ ይሰኩት (በአውታረ መረብ አዶ ምልክት የተደረገበት)።
   • የኤተርኔት ገመዱን ሌላኛውን ጫፍ ወደ አውታረ መረብ ማብሪያና ማጥፊያ ወይም ራውተር ይሰኩት።
   • Note: If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.
4. የኃይል ግንኙነት (PoE የማይጠቀሙ ከሆነ): If PoE is not available, connect the power adapter to the power port on the back of the phone and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
5. የጆሮ ማዳመጫ ያገናኙ (አማራጭ)፦ If using a headset, plug it into the dedicated headset port on the phone (marked with a headset icon).
6. የመጀመሪያ ማስነሳት; The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

• ጥሪ ማድረግ፡-
  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.

  1. When the phone rings, lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press the flashing Line key.

  1. If using the handset, place it back in the cradle.
  2. If using speakerphone or headset, press the ጥሪን ጨርስ soft key or the Speakerphone/Headset button.

Advanced Call Functions

• ያዝ፡ በንቃት ጥሪ ወቅት ፣ ይጫኑ ያዝ soft key or dedicated Hold button. To resume, press the flashing Line key or the ከቆመበት ቀጥል ለስላሳ ቁልፍ.
• ማስተላለፍ በንቃት ጥሪ ወቅት ፣ ይጫኑ Xfer (Transfer) soft key or dedicated Transfer button. Dial the transfer destination number, then press the ማስተላለፍ ለስላሳ ቁልፍ እንደገና።
• ጉባኤ፡- በንቃት ጥሪ ወቅት ፣ ይጫኑ ኮንፍ (Conference) soft key or dedicated Conference button. Dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press the ኮንፍ ሁሉንም ወገኖች ለመቀላቀል እንደገና ለስላሳ ቁልፍ።

የማሳያ እና ለስላሳ ቁልፎችን በመጠቀም

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

የድምጽ መልዕክት

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated የድምጽ መልዕክት button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

ማውጫ/ዕውቂያዎች

Access your phone's directory by pressing the ማውጫ soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the ደውል soft key to initiate a call.

የድምጽ መቆጣጠሪያ

Adjust the volume during a call using the የድምጽ መጠን መጨመር እና የድምጽ መጠን መቀነስ buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.

• ከማጽዳትዎ በፊት ስልኩን ከኃይል ያላቅቁ።
• ለስላሳ ይጠቀሙ, መampየስልኩን ገጽታ ለማጽዳት ከንጣፍ ነፃ የሆነ ጨርቅ።
• ማጽጃ ማጽጃዎችን፣ ሰምዎችን ወይም ፈሳሾችን አይጠቀሙ ምክንያቱም እነዚህ መጨረሻውን ሊጎዱ ይችላሉ።
• ፈሳሾችን በቀጥታ ወደ ስልኩ ከመትከል ይቆጠቡ።
