This manual provides detailed instructions for the VTech DS6151-11 DECT 6.0 2-Line Expandable Cordless Phone. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating your new telephone to ensure proper installation and use. Keep this manual for future reference.
1. ማዋቀር
1.1 የጥቅል ይዘቶች
ሁሉም እቃዎች በጥቅልዎ ውስጥ መኖራቸውን ያረጋግጡ፡-
- Main telephone base unit with corded handset
- Cordless handset(s) with charger(s)
- AC power adapter(s)

1.2 Connecting the Telephone Base
- የኤሲ የኃይል አስማሚውን ትንሽ ጫፍ በስልክ መቀመጫ ጀርባ ላይ ካለው የኃይል መሰኪያ ጋር ይሰኩ።
- የኤሲ የኃይል አስማሚውን ትልቁን ጫፍ በግድግዳ ማብሪያ / ማጥፊያ ቁጥጥር በማይደረግበት የግድግዳ ሶኬት ውስጥ ይሰኩ።
- የስልክ መስመር ገመዱን አንድ ጫፍ ከቴሌላይን መሰኪያው ጀርባ ላይ ይሰኩት።
- የቴሌፎን መስመር ገመድ ሌላኛውን ጫፍ ከስልክ ግድግዳ መሰኪያ ጋር ይሰኩት።

1.3 ባትሪ መጫን እና መሙላት
- በገመድ አልባው ቀፎ ጀርባ ላይ ያለውን የባትሪውን ክፍል ክዳን ይክፈቱ።
- የባትሪውን ፓኬት መሰኪያ በባትሪ ክፍሉ ውስጥ ካለው መሰኪያ ጋር ደህንነቱ በተጠበቀ ሁኔታ ያገናኙ።

- Place the cordless handset in the telephone base or charger to charge. The CHARGE light on the handset will turn on.
Allow the handset to charge for at least 10 hours before initial use.

1.4 ቀን እና ሰዓት ማዘጋጀት
After the handset is charged, the display will prompt you to set the date and time. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure these settings.
2. የአሠራር መመሪያዎች
2.1 ጥሪዎችን ማድረግ እና መቀበል

2.2 የመልስ ስርዓት
The telephone base features a digital answering system with dedicated mailboxes for each line. It can record up to 22 minutes of messages.
- ለማብራት / ለማጥፋት ተጫን መስመር 1 አብራ / አጥፋ or መስመር 2 አብራ / አጥፋ በመሠረት ክፍል ላይ.
- To play messages: ተጫን ተጫወት/አቁም በመሠረት ክፍል ላይ.
- መልዕክቶችን ለመሰረዝ፡- ተጫን ሰርዝ during message playback or after listening to a message.

2.3 የደዋይ መታወቂያ እና የጥሪ መጠበቅ
This phone supports Caller ID and Call Waiting services. You can review the last 50 incoming calls in the Caller ID log.
- እንደገናview የደዋይ መታወቂያ መዝገብ፡- ተጫን CID በቀፎው ወይም በመሠረት ላይ.
- To dial a number from Caller ID: የተፈለገውን ግቤት ይምረጡ እና ይጫኑ TALK / FLASH or ተናጋሪ.
2.4 የስልክ ማውጫ
The phonebook can store up to 50 entries. Each entry can save 30 digits for the phone number and 15 characters for the name.
- To add an entry: ተጫን MENU, navigate to Phonebook, select Add New Entry, and follow prompts.
- To search/dial: ተጫን DIR, select the entry, and press TALK / FLASH.

2.5 የጥሪ እገዳ
The Smart Call Blocker feature helps screen unwanted calls. You can add numbers to a block list or a star name list.
- To block a number during a call: ተጫን የጥሪ አግድ.
- To add a number to the block list manually: ተጫን MENU, navigate to Smart Call Blocker, then Block List, and select Add New.
- To add a number to the star name list: ተጫን MENU, navigate to Smart Call Blocker, then Star Name List, and select Add New.

2.6 ኢንተርኮም
You can use the intercom feature to communicate between handsets or between a handset and the base unit.
- የኢንተርኮም ጥሪን ለመጀመር ተጫን INT on the handset, then dial the desired handset number (1-12) or 0 for the base unit.
3. ጥገና
