  1. Begin laying the mat from the thermostat connection point.
  2. Unroll the mat, pressing the self-adhesive backing firmly to the subfloor.
  3. To change direction, cut the mesh (do not cut the heating cable!) and turn the mat.
  4. Ensure the heating cables are evenly spaced and not overlapping.

Cover the heating mat completely with a flexible tile adhesive or self-leveling compound. Ensure no air pockets remain around the heating cables. Allow the compound to cure fully before applying the final floor covering.

The DEVIcomfort heating mat operates in conjunction with a compatible floor heating thermostat (sold separately). The thermostat controls the on/off cycles of the heating mat based on the desired temperature settings and sensor readings.

Note: This heating mat is designed to be controlled by a remote thermostat. The mat itself does not have integrated controls.
