Follow these steps to correctly assemble and set up your NEEWER X12 Teleprompter:
- Install the teleprompter on a tripod or light stand: Secure the teleprompter base to your preferred support.
- Loosen the screw and then remove the adapter: Prepare the mounting plate for your camera.
- Raise the glass and position it at a 45° angle: Ensure the beam splitter glass is correctly angled for optimal reflection.
- Zip the hood: Do not pull the zipper down to the bottom, or it will fall off.
- Attach the hood to the glass: Be sure the hood is securely attached on all four sides to prevent light leakage.
- Loosen the screw to pull out the bracket and adjust its position: Then tighten the screw to secure the bracket.
- Fix the adapter with the knob: Secure the camera mounting adapter.
- Mount the camera and fix it with the knob: Attach your DSLR or cinema camera to the teleprompter.
- Zip the hood to complete installation: Ensure the camera lens is fully enclosed by the hood to block out ambient light.
