Follow these steps to set up your heating pad for first use:

Once set up, follow these steps to operate your heating pad:

- ራስ-ሰር መዝጋት- For safety, the heating pad will automatically turn off after 2 hours of continuous use. If you wish to continue therapy, simply press the power button again to restart.
