5.1 Mounting the Lift Column

The lift column can be installed in various configurations. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the lift table and its maximum load.

• Forward Installation: Mount the lift column vertically with the top plate facing upwards. Ensure the desktop size does not exceed 80cm x 80cm. For larger desktops, use two columns. Always place the load's center of gravity at the center of the desktop.

• Connect the DC motor controller to the lift column.
• Connect the power supply to the DC motor controller. The system supports 12V, 20V-30V, 110V, or 220V power sources.
• If using a 12V power source, the actuator operates at 5mm/s with a maximum load capacity of 100kg. A boost converter (12V to 24V) can be used for full power operation.
• Connect the remote or handle controller to the DC motor controller if applicable.

• Function F1: Motor Protection Settings
  Press and hold the F1 key for 3 seconds to enter the setting. Use the Up/Down buttons to switch between sub-functions and adjust values. This function allows setting parameters like current limit, running time, and voltagሠ ቅነሳ
• Function F2: Signal Operation Settings
  Press and hold the F2 key for 3 seconds to enter the F2 sub-section settings. Click F2 to switch between sub-functions. This function controls parameters related to motor working time, pause time, and signal stopping.
• Function F3: Automatic Operation Settings
  Press and hold the F3 key for 3 seconds to enter the F3 sub-function settings. Click F3 to switch between sub-functions. This function allows programming automatic lifting cycles, including up working time, down working time, pause time, and number of cycles.

The system also supports remote control, handle control, IPS-S2 controller, and WiFi control. Additionally, Function F3 allows programmable automatic lifting, and IN2 IN3 I/O signal control buttons and Function F2 photoelectric switch control can be purchased separately.
