Switch to Bluetooth mode using the Source or Bluetooth button on your speaker or remote. The device will enter pairing mode and the LED indicator will flash. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device, search for the F&D model name (e.g., 'Fenda A521X'), and connect. If prompted for a PIN, enter '0000'.
Ensure the optical cable is securely connected and not bent sharply (over 50 degrees). Additionally, check that your TV or source device is explicitly set to 'PCM mode' for digital audio output rather than passing raw surround sound data.
With both headphones powered on, double-click the touch area on both earbuds simultaneously, then immediately press and hold the touch area for 5 seconds. This will clear the pairing records and re-enter Bluetooth pairing state.
