Download and install the Jengu App from your app store. Use the app to scan the network configuration QR code provided with your device, or simply click the '+' icon in the top right corner of the Jengu app homepage and follow the prompts.
It is highly recommended to clean the physical filter module once a month and completely replace the media every three months to maintain pristine water quality.
First, press and hold the pump button for 3 seconds to turn off the pump. Open the back filter compartment cover, pull up the pump module's silicone plug, rotate it, and insert the drainage pipe. Once done, remove the pipe, replace the plug, and turn the pump back on.
