Starting Guide v3.4

1. SB1000EDUG2 መቀበያ firmwareን ወደ 11.2.19.0 ወይም ከዚያ በላይ ያዘምኑ
2. Log into the receiver’s Local Management Page, Features tab and enable Orchestrate Lite

ለዊንዶውስ መሳሪያዎች (Intune ወይም ሌላ ኤምዲኤም)

1. Register Orchestrate Windows Assistant app with your AAD tenant
2. Using your MDM, create policies to install the O8 Windows Assistant app with the appropriate Command-Line arguments for your configuration.

• LITE_MODE

ለ exampየሚከተለው ሕብረቁምፊ ኦርኬስትሬት ላይት ሁነታን ለማንቃት፣ የታለመውን መሳሪያ እንደ ተማሪ ለማቀናበር፣ ቅጥያውን ወደ ማይክሮሶፍት ጠርዝ ለመጫን እና ቅጥያውን በመሳሪያ አሞሌው ላይ ይሰኩት። እያንዳንዱ አማራጭ በቦታ ተለያይቷል እና ትዕዛዝ ምንም እንዳልሆነ ልብ ይበሉ.

3. It is advised to reboot the end user devices after installing the software.

ለ ChromeOS መሳሪያዎች (Google Workspace)

1. በGoogle Admin ለኦርኬስትራ መተግበሪያ/ቅጥያ የኤፒአይ ደንበኛ መዳረሻ OAuth ወሰኖችን ያክሉ

2. Add Orchestrate extension in Google Admin and apply to organization units (OU) containing the teacher and student accounts

Configuring Google Admin
የኤፒአይ ደንበኛ መዳረሻ

1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Security > Access and Data control > API Controls > Domain wide delegation >
   Manage Domain Wide Delegation. Or click ይህ አገናኝ.
   
3. አዲስ አክል የሚለውን ጠቅ ያድርጉ እና አዲስ የደንበኛ መታወቂያ አክል ሳጥን ይመጣል።
   
4. በደንበኛ መታወቂያ መስክ ውስጥ የደንበኛ መታወቂያ ያስገቡ። የደንበኛ መታወቂያው በመተግበሪያው/ሶፍትዌር ገንቢ ነው።
   ለኦርኬስትራ ቅጥያ የደንበኛ መታወቂያ፡-

5. የOAuth ወሰኖችን ይቅዱ እና ይለጥፉ
   ● email, profile፣ ክፍት ፣ https://www.googleapis.com/auth/classroom.courses.readonly,
   https://www.googleapis.com/auth/classroom.rosters.readonly
6. ፈቀዳ የሚለውን ጠቅ ያድርጉ። የኤፒአይ ደንበኛ የተጠቃሚዎችን ውሂብ የመድረስ ፍቃድ ተሰጥቶታል።
   

በGoogle አስተዳዳሪ ውስጥ ተጠቃሚዎችን ማስተዳደር
አዲስ ተጠቃሚ ለማከል ይህን አሰራር ይከተሉ፡-
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click ይህ አገናኝ.
3. Click Add new user and the አዲስ ተጠቃሚ ያክሉ box appears. Fill in the required fields and click አዲስ ተጠቃሚ ጨምር አዲስ ተጠቃሚ ለመጨመር.

ድርጅታዊ ክፍሎችን ለማስተዳደር ይህንን አሰራር ይከተሉ
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users > Manage Organizational Units. Or click ይህ አገናኝ.
3. Click the yellow + sign to add a new unit or select a unit name and add a subsidiary unit (the +msign), move this unit (the right arrow), edit, or delete the unit.

ተጠቃሚን ወደ ሌላ አሃድ ለመቀየር ይህንን አሰራር ይከተሉ፡-
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click ይህ አገናኝ.
3. Select one or more users, then select More > Change organizational unit.

የኦርኬስትራ ቅጥያ እና Chrome መተግበሪያን ማስተዳደር
To add extension and app to Google Admin, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions. Or click ይህ አገናኝ.
3. Select an organizational unit on the left pane.
4. Click the yellow + sign at the bottom right corner and then select the Add Chrome app or Extension by ID አማራጭ

5. የ Chrome መተግበሪያ አክል ወይም መታወቂያ ሳጥን ቅጥያ ይታያል። በኤክስቴንሽን መታወቂያ ሳጥን ውስጥ የኦርኬስትራ ኤክስቴንሽን መታወቂያ ያስገቡ እና ከዚያ ከብጁ ይምረጡ URL እና ብጁ አስገባ URL. አስቀምጥን ጠቅ ያድርጉ።

6. Add the Policy for the Extension (ID – bdgflbkkgedengcnmmbijghkpdpdlkfb)
This configures the Extension to use the Classroom Commander Server as both the source for rostering information and for class session discovery.
Select the extension and the Extension setup panel appears on the right. Copy and paste the below JSON configuration then click አስቀምጥ ከላይ በቀኝ በኩል.
